Returns & Exchanges

At NESTRA, we want your experience to feel thoughtful, effortless, and supportive.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit or exchanges on eligible items.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in original condition
  • returned with original packaging

Store Credit Returns

We currently offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, you may choose:

  • Store Credit

    OR
  • Exchange for another item

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires.

Instant Store Credit

To make the process easier, eligible customers may receive store credit before the returned item arrives back to us.

This allows you to place a new order without waiting for the full return process to be completed.

NESTRA reserves the right to deny instant store credit for suspicious activity, excessive returns, or ineligible orders.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like a different:

  • style
  • color
  • size
  • collection piece

please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • personalized or custom-made pieces
  • gift cards
  • final sale items
  • promotional clearance items

Return Shipping

NESTRA are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NESTRA is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Natural Stone Variations

Because we use natural stones and freshwater pearls, slight variations in:

  • color
  • texture
  • shape
  • pattern

are natural and expected.

These unique details are part of what makes every NESTRA piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.

Once approved, we will provide the next steps and return instructions.
