At NESTRA, we use natural stones and freshwater pearls selected for their individuality, texture, and quiet beauty.

Because natural materials are unique by nature, slight variations in color, pattern, and shape are expected and part of what makes each piece special.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials, so no two stones are ever exactly identical.

Your piece will closely resemble the product photos while maintaining its own natural uniqueness.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer returns?

We currently offer:

  • Exchanges

for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

We do not currently offer refunds to the original payment method.

Why do you offer store credit instead of refunds?

As a small independent brand, we carefully prepare each order in limited quantities.

Offering store credit allows us to continue creating thoughtful small-batch collections while providing flexibility for our customers.

Are earrings returnable?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Do your pieces tarnish?

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes — NESTRA pieces are designed for everyday wear and modern rituals.

However, we recommend handling all jewelry with care to maintain longevity.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some collections may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities.
